What is Kickback Contract?
Kickback Contract is a connected value platform that helps businesses, creators, service providers, and organizations turn transactions into ongoing customer relationships. Instead of only offering points, coupons, or one-time discounts, Kickback Contract lets creators build Kickbacks with rewards, utilities, verified access, buyer education, redemption tracking, and recurring value experiences.
How does Kickback Contract work?
A creator or business creates a Kickback around a product, service, membership, campaign, or customer action. They set the rules, attach utilities or rewards, define who qualifies, and launch the offer. Buyers can then claim, verify, and redeem eligible value through a guided experience. The platform helps track activity, redemptions, engagement, and repeat customer behavior.
Do buyers have to pay to use Kickbacks?
No. Buyers and holders do not need a monthly subscription to access eligible Kickback benefits. The goal is to help buyers unlock, verify, redeem, and understand the value connected to something they purchased, joined, supported, or earned without forcing them into another subscription.
What are Kickback Architects?
Kickback Architects are approved professionals who may help with advanced portfolio-style value requests when a creator chooses to add that layer to a Kickback. They are not involved in every Kickback. Their role is focused on reviewing the specific advanced value request, deciding whether to accept it, suggest changes, or decline it, and helping structure that portion when their services are needed.
Can I create multiple Kickbacks?
Yes. Depending on your plan, you can create multiple Kickbacks for different products, services, memberships, campaigns, drops, referrals, customer groups, or community experiences. This allows creators and businesses to build different value systems for different audiences, offers, and goals.
How do I get paid as a creator or business?
Creators and businesses can use Kickbacks to support sales, repeat purchases, customer retention, referrals, redemptions, and long-term engagement. Revenue opportunities depend on how the creator structures their offer, what is being sold, which utilities are attached, how fulfillment is handled, and what platform or provider services are used.
What kind of businesses or creators can use Kickback Contract?
Kickback Contract can be used by ecommerce stores, local businesses, coaches, creators, influencers, service providers, membership communities, event hosts, digital product sellers, apparel brands, educators, agencies, and organizations that want to build stronger customer relationships. If your business benefits from loyalty, referrals, repeat engagement, verified access, or customer value after the sale, a Kickback can likely be built around it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods may depend on the plan, user role, location, and payment provider used at launch. Kickback Contract is being structured to support secure and reliable payment options for creators, businesses, organizations, and approved professional users. Clear payment details will be shown during checkout, activation, or onboarding.
How is data and access verified?
Kickback Contract uses verification workflows to help confirm whether a buyer, holder, member, or customer qualifies for specific benefits. This can include ownership checks, access rules, claim links, QR codes, redemption tracking, account-based eligibility, and other verification steps depending on how the Kickback is created.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can start with the plan that fits your current stage and upgrade as your Kickback strategy grows. The goal is to make it simple to launch, test, learn, and scale without overcommitting before your business is ready for more templates, utilities, analytics, Architect access, and support.
